Conductor 40 AWG minimum.
Insulation Labeled or complies with manufacturers AWM Procedure
Assembly Two or more twisted singles or groups of twisted singles twisted together. Lay not specified. Barrier layer and/or fillers optional, manufacturer shall maintain a complete description of each assembly.
Shield (Optional) May be over one or more of the insulated conductors or over the assembly.
Covering (Optional) A nominal 15 mil or heavier PVC covering extruded over the conductor assembly.
Braid
Jacket Extruded PVC, 30 mils minimu thickness average, 24 mils minimum thickness at any point.
