Career Opportunities

Director of Engineering

Privately held manufacturer of insulated electronic wire and cable products for the military, aerospace
and other high performance industrial applications which is AS9100C and ISO 9001: 2008 certified, is
growing and seeks to expand its Engineering Department to continue in those efforts.

Director of Engineering: A hands on position which will lead and manage the Engineering Department.
Assist in achieving corporate and sales strategies, contribute to new Product Design and Development,
cost control initiatives and specification qualifications.

Will interface within Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Quality personnel. Will also interface with
outside laboratories and government agencies. Measure and monitor key performance metrics, identify and
address performance challenges.

Requirements: BA/BS Required (Engineering, Applied Materials preferred) 5+ years in B2B support of
technical products (Aerospace Wire and Cable Mfg. preferred) Excellent Communication skills. An
understanding of AS9100 Standards, strong Computer experience. Ability to travel up to 10%.

Director of Sales

Privately held manufacturer of insulated electronic wire and cable products for the military, aerospace
and other high performance industrial applications which is AS9100C and ISO 9001: 2008 certified, is
growing and seeks to expand its Sales Department.

Director of Sales: A hands on position which will lead and manage the sales and marketing department.
Develop and implement the direct sales, distribution sales and marketing strategy; measure and monitor
key performance metrics; identify and address performance challenges, coach and mentor the sales team in
achieving company goals. Success means meeting and exceeding sales goals, expanding the sales pipeline
and further penetration into new accounts and markets.

Requirements: BA/BS Required (Marketing or Engineering preferred) 5+ years in B2B sales of technical
products (Aerospace Wire and Cable Mfg. preferred) Excellent Communication and computer skills.
Ability to travel up to 15%.
